Caller ID, with a hardware box on the phone line, shows the name, saved address and usual order before you answer. Delivery zones by postcode, distance or named area carry their own fee and minimum.
Your own ordering website
Customers order from your website or app, delivery or collection, now or later. The orders land on the till with the customer's details, and no percentage of the order is taken.
If the internet drops mid-service
Counter orders carry on and tickets keep printing, because the menu and pricing are on the till. Anything taken offline is sent once when the connection returns.
