without the hunt.
Four documents. Every one of them published, rather than sent after you ask twice. Ask your current provider for their data processing agreement and see how long it takes.
This set of documents has not been through a solicitor yet.
It is published early on purpose. It is written from the promises we already make on Who owns your customers?, so you can see the shape of what you will be signing and tell us where it is wrong — but it is a draft, it has not been reviewed by a solicitor, and it is not the document that governs anything.
The agreement we send you before you commit is what governs, and we will send it in plain English before you are asked for anything. If you need the final wording today, ask us through the contact page.
What governs what.
Which one applies to you: if you are looking at this site, the privacy notice covers you. If you run a shop on Manto, all four do — the terms are the agreement, the data processing agreementgoverns your customers' data, and the storefront notice is the one you publish under your own name. If you ordered food from a shop that runs on Manto, the shop is the data controller and its own notice applies — here is why that matters.
We'll send the lot
before you commit to anything.
In plain English, with no obligation. The contact form gets you a human.
