Live by Friday.
Without losing a single order.
The software isn't the scary part — Friday at 7pm is. So nothing switches off until you say so, and we run both systems side by side for a full week. In writing.
Everything you're worried about,
in writing.
You won't — both systems run together.
Your old till and Manto run side by side for a full week. The old one stays plugged in as the safety net until you personally switch it off.
We type it. You check it. We fix it.
Every item, option, price and allergen — built by us before go-live, checked by you, corrected same-day. Menu changes stay free forever.
Two hours of training. That's it.
The till is built so the newest weekend kid can run it. We train your team in person or on video, and leave printed cheat sheets by the till.
One week. Five steps.
We do the heavy lifting.
MondayWe build your menu
Send a photo of your current menu — we type every item, option and price, and load your delivery zones and opening hours.
TuesdayHardware arrives, already configured
Till, kitchen printer, caller-ID box — plug in, switch on, it's your shop on the screen. Or we configure the kit you already own.
WednesdayStaff trained in 2 hours
In person or on video. Everyone takes a practice order, prints a ticket, cashes up once. Cheat sheets stay by the till.
ThursdayFull service, both systems live
A real night on Manto with your old system standing by. We're on the phone through the rush — this is the night we prove it.
FridayYou go live, keeping 100%
The busiest night of the week on your own system. Your website's live, the Google button points at you, and every pound is yours.
The switching guarantee.
If we break your service, we pay for it.
- Your old system stays live until you switch it off — we never cut anything over without your say-so.
- If Manto is down and costs you orders during your first month, that week is free — and we answer the phone while we fix it.
- Menu errors we made are fixed same-day, every day, forever.
- If you decide it's not for you early on: no charge, hardware collected free, your data handed back. We will set the exact terms out in writing.
Your route out, mapped.
Leaving Just Eat / Uber Eats
You don't have to leave — most shops keep them for discovery and move regulars to direct ordering with bag flyers and app offers. We print the flyers. Ask us and we will work out what each regular you move is worth.
Switching from Foodhub
Your menu comes across in a day. Your two weekly rents stop, your card takings stop going through Datman, and your customers stop paying service charges on your food. Ask us for the rates side by side. Check your notice: Foodhub rolls twelve months at a time after the first four.
Switching from OrderYOYO
Keep the habit your customers already have — we redirect your ordering links and QR codes so regulars land on your new site without noticing the swap. The sliding commission and the per-order fee your customers pay stop the same week. Their contract is twelve months minimum, then three months' notice — we'll run alongside until it lapses.
From Action Prompt or a website with a form
You'll stay commission-free — and gain the half you've been missing: a real till, a kitchen screen, caller ID, driver dispatch and reports. Ordering plus EPOS, one system.
Coming off Epos Now, Clover or a leased till
Check your lease before anything else. Owners report three-to-five-year finance agreements with a separate finance company that keep billing after the till is gone — one pub was paying two at once. Find the finance company's name on your bank statement, ask them in writing for the end date and settlement figure, and never sign a "second lease". We'll run on your existing hardware while it runs out if it's Android or Windows, so you pay us and not a second terminal.
Fair questions before a switch.
Five working days from menu photo to going live, and that includes a full parallel-running night. Complex menus with hundreds of options can add a day or two — we'll tell you upfront, not after.
If your old provider lets you export it, we import it — customers, numbers, addresses, and the opt-out flags that come with them. If they won't hand it over, that tells you something about them. A marketplace is a different story: there the customer was never legally yours to take, which is the whole argument for having your own front door. Either way the list rebuilds fast once every new order lands on your own system.
Check your notice period — many owners find they're on rolling terms without realising. Some run Manto alongside until the contract lapses; we will work out the overlap with you.
We do, as part of go-live week — along with your website links, QR codes and social bios, so every path points at your new front door on day one.
