Money back,
in pounds.
Your regulars earn credit on every order and spend it on the next one. They see what it is worth without doing any sums, and so do you.
5% back unless you change it. The phone shows a real customer account on the sample shop.
Aisha's credit
No card. No download.
Nothing to work out.
A phone number is the whole account. These are three real recordings of the same shop.
They order. Money lands.
Every paid order puts 5% of the food back in the customer's jar. A guest claims it with a code texted to their phone. No card to carry, nothing to download.
Next time, one tap takes it off.
The credit is waiting at the checkout. One switch and it comes off the total, in pounds, where they can see it.
And they can always see why.
Every amount earned and spent is listed with the order it came from and the date it runs out. Nothing to work out.
Fill a regular's jar.
See what it takes.
Move the sliders. The jar is what one regular would be holding, and the reason their next order comes to you.
Credit only costs you when a customer comes back to spend it. The till shows what you owe at any moment.
Each order earns them
£1.10
After 3 months they hold
£9.90
A reason to order from you, not an app
You set it. You see it.
You can put things right.
All of it lives on the till, under Settings. Recorded on the real Manto Till.
Everyone who holds credit, and why
Search by name or number, see who has never claimed and who has gone quiet. Open anyone to read their history line by line.
- Give credit to say sorry, with a reason they will see
- Take credit back when you have to
- Changes need the owner's PIN
Your rate, your rules
Set the earn rate anywhere from 1% to 15%. Add a welcome bonus for a first order. Choose when credit runs out.
- What you owe in credit, at a glance
- What you gave away this month
- Pause it without taking anyone's credit
Your regulars, by name
The customer book sorts everyone into VIPs, regulars, new, going quiet and lost, so you know who is slipping away before they are gone.
- Spend, order count and last order for each person
- Notes, and a log of who rang them
- Marketing consent recorded per customer
An account worth
signing in to.
It belongs to your shop, not to a marketplace. Customers control what they hear from you, and it says so on the page.
- Sign in with an email or with Google, or order as a guest
- Order history with every receipt
- Their usual, one tap to order it again
- Saved addresses, with a default
- Offers switched on or off by the customer, any time
- A copy of everything the shop holds about them, on request
The rules, in large print
- What earns
- The food the customer actually pays for. Not the delivery fee, and not the part a discount covered.
- Who they are
- Their phone number is the account. One customer, one balance, however they order.
- At the counter
- Counter and phone orders can earn too, when you switch that on. Credit is spent on online orders.
- If you refund
- The credit that order earned is taken back with it.
- If you pause
- New orders stop earning. Credit people already hold stays theirs to spend.
- When it runs out
- Six, twelve or twenty-four months after each amount is earned. You choose; they are told.
Everything it does.
All 24 things.

Questions owners ask
Because nobody has to work out what it is worth. The customer sees pounds and pence, on their phone, next to the order that earned them. There is no card to lose and no table to look up.
Only what you give. You set the rate, 5% unless you change it, and the till shows what you owe in credit and what you gave this month. Credit only costs you when a customer comes back and spends it.
No. Their phone number is the account. Someone who orders as a guest is shown what they earned and can claim it with a code sent by text.
Yes. Open the member on the till, choose an amount and a reason, and approve it with the owner's PIN. The reason is what the customer sees in their history.
New orders stop earning and customers stop seeing the scheme. Anyone who already holds credit can still spend it.
Only the people who have agreed to hear from you. Consent is recorded per customer, the customer can change it themselves, and the book can filter to those who have opted in.
