one order, start to finish

Follow one order from hungry to delivered.

  1. 1 of 5 · Browse

A menu built to be ordered from

Delivery or collection, with honest times at the top. Photos, popular dishes and a category bar that follows the thumb.

    • Delivery and collection, each with its own times and prices
    • Filter by halal, vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free
    • All 14 allergens shown on the dish
    • Sold out on the till is sold out here, straight away
  2. 2 of 5 · Build

Every choice, without the phone call

Spice, sizes, sides and extras, with the price moving as they tap. A required choice can't be skipped, so the kitchen never has to ring back.

    • Required and optional choices, priced as they go
    • Half-and-half pizzas and build-your-own meal deals
    • A note for the kitchen on any dish
    • One set of prices: the website can't disagree with the till
  3. 3 of 5 · Pay

A checkout that doesn't lose them

Her address and her details are already there. Someone new can order as a guest in under a minute.

    • Guest checkout, or sign in with email or Google
    • Postcode lookup, with a pin dropped on the door
    • Order now, or pick a time for later
    • Discount codes that follow your rules
    • Cash, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  4. 4 of 5 · Track

    The ticket tracker

Her order is a paper ticket, and she watches it travel through your shop: printed on your counter, accepted, on the pass, bagged, on its way.

    • The kitchen's quoted time, counted down
    • A message the moment you add ten minutes
    • Call or WhatsApp the shop in one tap
    • A collection number to read out at the counter
  5. 5 of 5 · Return

Money back, and a reason to come back

When the order lands, credit drops into her jar. Next time, one tap takes it off the bill.

    • 5% back as credit by default. You set the rate
    • Real pounds and pence, with no card to carry
    • Her usual order, ready to go again
    • Order history, receipts and saved addresses

the details

The small things
customers notice.

  • Dietary filters

Halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free. One tap and the menu narrows to what they can eat.

  • A pin on the door

Postcode first, then a satellite view. Your driver gets the exact spot, not just the street.

  • Their usual

The order they always place sits at the top of their account, one tap from the basket.

  • Search

A few letters finds the dish, however long the menu.

  • Order for later

They pick the slot. The ticket waits, then fires to the kitchen on time.

  • Light and dark

The customer chooses. Your brand holds in both.

where it goes next

The order doesn't stop
at the website.

It rings on your till, prints on your counter and joins the kitchen screen. When the kitchen marks it ready, her tracker moves.

  1. Your website

    She places the order.

  2. Your till

It rings and prints on the counter.

    Manto Till
  3. The kitchen screen

It joins the rail, timed against the promise.

  4. Out the door

    Bagged, then on its way.

  5. Her tracker

    Delivered. Her credit lands.

Questions owners ask

Yes. Your name, your logo, your colours and your photos, with no marketplace wrapped around it. It can sit on your own web address. Customers can add it to their home screen, where it opens under your shop's name like an app.

No. Most shops run both: the marketplaces for being discovered, your own site for the regulars. A flyer in every marketplace bag moves customers across, and those orders are commission-free.

We do, before you launch, from the menu you already have. After that you change prices, photos and sold-out dishes from the till, and the website follows at once.

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout, or with cash on delivery or at the counter. You choose which you accept.

Yes. Guest checkout asks for a name, a mobile number and, for delivery, an address. An account adds order history, saved addresses, one-tap reordering and credit.

Mark it sold out on the till. It greys out on the website straight away, and comes back by itself the next day unless you say otherwise.
