Zero commission online ordering
for takeaways.
Zero-commission online ordering means the shop pays no percentage of each order to the platform that takes it. With Manto Order, orders from your own website and app come to your till without a cut. You still pay a published card-processing rate to the card processor, and a fee for the system, quoted per shop.
What “commission-free” means here
It means one thing: no percentage of your order value is taken because the order came through our system. It does not mean free. There is a charge for the system, and card payments carry the card processor's own rate.
We say it plainly because the usual trade-off hides it: a marketplace charges a share of every order, so the busier you get, the more you pay.
Why a percentage is the wrong shape
A percentage of each order rises with your success. A system fee does not. If your best nights have grown, a share of each order grows with them, whereas a system you pay for stays the same size however many orders you take.
Work out your own figure from your statements: orders through each marketplace, times the rate on your contract. Rates are agreed per shop and are not published, which is why we do not print one.
What your own ordering gives you besides the saving
The customer's details
A name, a number and a history, controlled by your shop.
Honest delivery times
You quote the time, busy mode adds to it, and the customer sees it.
Credit-back loyalty
Your own scheme, set by you, instead of a marketplace's.
A till that joins it all
Website, app, phone, counter and table orders in one queue.
The short answers.
Yes. Manto Order takes no percentage of orders placed on your own website or app. You pay for the system, quoted per shop, and card payments carry the card processor's own published rate.
No share of your order value is taken because it came through our system. It does not mean there are no costs: the system has a fee and card payments carry the processor's rate.
Read your statements and your contract. Rates are agreed per shop and not published, so work it out from your own orders.
Phone and counter orders are rung through your own till and are not marketplace orders, so no percentage of them is taken either.
